How are the bicycles shipped and will they require assembly?

All bicycles are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty protective boxes. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.

What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with my bike?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the bicycle in its original packaging. Please note that the bike must be in 'like-new' condition, and a restocking fee may apply for items showing significant wear.

Do your bicycles come with a manufacturer's warranty?

Yes, all our bicycles come with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on components and parts against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from accidents.

How do I determine the correct frame size for my height?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. Generally, size is determined by your height and inseam measurement. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.

Do you offer international shipping?
